Description

This material consists of a polyamide (nylon) powder solidified by chemical agents, printed with HP MJF (Mult Jet Fusion) technology. It is an extremely versatile material, which can be flexible at low thicknesses, but has such resistance as to make it ideal for 3D printing of parts with structural necessity.

The plastic for mechanical parts offers a great impact resistance, it is stable when exposed to light and stable if exposed to any type of weather conditions.

The models made with this material have a higher density and a lower porosity than models produced with SLS plastic. The surface is more detailed and the walls can be thinner (0.6 mm against 0.8 mm in the SLS print).

At a minimum thickness of 0.6 mm the parts are flexible, while above 2.0 mm, the elements become rigid. 3D printed nylon lends itself as a material for creating objects with different uses, from aesthetic prototypes to functional objects such as electronic device covers, box mods, to jewelery.

Maximum printable volume: 250 x 340 x 360 mm

You can not insert multiple objects into a single template / file.
