Lead times depend on the service, the material and the work in progress. Here you will find starting indications. For precise times write to us, and if you have a deadline, tell us which: we will do everything we can to meet it.
Laser cutting
Standard production takes 7 working days. At checkout you can choose urgent production, in 72 hours, or overnight: if we can, we will do it practically the same day, 48 hours at most.
Laser cutting of metals
Standard production in 7 working days. The quote arrives by email, usually within one working day. Urgent production in 72 hours is available for steel.
CNC milling
Standard production takes 7 working days, after we review the file and you confirm the quote. Urgent production is not available.
3D printing
Lead times start from two days for MJF nylon and FDM prints; resins need at least a week. We confirm lead times after the order.
Notes
Lead times are in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding Italian public holidays) and do not include shipping. If you pay by bank transfer, orders go into production when payment is received: allow 2 or 3 more working days. To shorten lead times further you can collect from the workshop, in Milan.

We ship within Italy and worldwide with UPS or Poste Italiane express couriers. For Italy, the shipping cost is € 10 including VAT and delivery times are normally 24 / 48h.
You can also ship to EU countries with a flat fee of € 20 per packs up to 3kg. If your order exceeds this weight we will request an integration on the cost by communicating the estimate via email after checking with our courier. In this case you can still decide to give up the shipment by receiving a refund.
If you choose to collect your project at our workshop in Milan, via Boncompagni 57 (M3 Porto di Mare), you do not pay any shipping costs! Once you receive the completed order confirmation you can make an appointment for collection.
All purchases on the Vectorealism website can be safely paid with credit card through Stripe or with transfer.
