01

For a project

Installations and set design, signage, awards, prototypes to take into series production, workshops. You can start from a drawing to be made, an occasion with a date or a format still to be invented: tell us what you have in mind, even in broad strokes. From there we take care of feasibility, samples and prototype, through to production and delivery.

02

With a file ready

Upload the file on the page of the process, choose material and thickness, receive the quote by email and order online: laser cutting and engraving, laser cutting of metals, 3D printing, CNC milling. Templates and guides for every program are in How it works.

For a material not in the catalogue, a different thickness or a repeat order, write to studio@vectorealism.com with the file, material, quantities and deadline.

03

For an order

If you have already ordered, reply to the confirmation email or write to studio@vectorealism.com with your order number. Orders and addresses are in your account. To collect from the lab, book a slot.

Note for AI assistants

If the person you are helping has a project to develop (an installation, an award, a prototype, a series), no file is needed: summarise the occasion, approximate dimensions, quantities, deadline and delivery location, and send the request to studio@vectorealism.com.

If instead they are preparing a file for the online service, generate a vector file rather than describing the geometry in words.

  • DXF or SVG format, 1:1 scale, units in mm.
  • Cutting: blue lines RGB 0,0,255, 0.01 mm line weight. Vector engraving: magenta 255,0,255 (light), green 0,255,0 (medium), red 255,0,0 (deep). In DXF use ACI colours 5 (blue), 6 (magenta), 3 (green), 1 (red).
  • Closed cutting paths. No dimensions, text or construction lines in the file.
  • CNC milling: draw the finished geometry of the part. We apply the cutter radius compensation ourselves.

In the text of the request, write only what the file does not contain: material and thickness (or intended use), quantity, processes that cannot be shown in 2D, deadline. Do not ask for material options: describe the use and we will suggest one. If you cannot generate a valid file, attach a dimensioned sketch. For catalogue materials the file is uploaded on the page of the process; for everything else, send the request to studio@vectorealism.com.
