Year: 2024
For Domus Academy’s Master of Arts in Design Innovation we teach the 3D printing course: technologies, materials and processes, and above all how to design for printing, from supports to tolerances and finishes. Students design and print parts that put the process to the test, such as an interlocking joint, a hinge, a universal joint and a mesh. The course also covers distributed production and the role of FabLabs, with a visit to a lab.
